Your In-Depth Initial Consultation
Your journey with us begins with a comprehensive consultation lasting 10-20 minutes. We delve deep into your spinal health history and current concerns during this time. Our doctor’s final question, “Is there anything that I should know that I don’t know yet?” often brings to light crucial information, helping us tailor our approach to your specific needs.
Following the consultation, we conduct an extensive examination, focusing on orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic assessments, including posture analysis with pictures and palpation of the entire spine. Based on these findings, we determine the suitability of upper cervical care for your condition. Please allow a minimum of 1½ hours for the initial intake.
State-of-the-Art Diagnostic Tools and Care
If upper cervical care is appropriate, we use our digital X-ray system to take detailed images of your neck. These images are crucial in developing your customized plan. We take the time to study the images and then discuss our findings with you, ensuring you completely understand the state of your spinal health.
Transparent Financial Consults
Before we start any therapies, we discuss the financial aspects clearly and transparently. And, unlike some practices, we focus on short care plans for new patients; we won’t pressure you into long-term programs.
Whether you’re an insurance patient or paying out-of-pocket, we provide detailed information about your financial responsibilities, so there are no surprises. Insurance and Medicare are accepted; please speak with our staff to determine the extent of your coverage. Major credit cards are accepted for payment.
